Delivery

We send out United Kingdom orders using First Class Royal Mail. Most items are sent out on the same day of ordering. If for some reason there will be a delay in dispatch we will contact you.
For orders outside the United Kingdom please allow 10 days for delivery.

We want to ensure that you are happy with the goods you purchase from us.
In the unlikely event that you have any problems with your order, please contact us in the first instance. We promise that you will be treated fairly and courteously.
We fully adhere to consumer contracts regulations and will work with you to resolve any issues.
If you decide you do not require the goods once received, please return them to us in unused condition. If goods have been incorrectly supplied, we will be responsible for return postage, however, if you have simply changed your mind, return postage will be at your cost.

You have up to 14 days to cancel your order from post date. For all pre or post sales enquiries, or to discuss returns please call us on 01392221066.
Postage and Packaging

The cost of Postage and Packaging is automatically calculated and clearly displayed when you add items to your shopping basket and select your shipping area.

If your order is exceptionally large or heavy (over 20kg), we may need to contact you to discuss postage options. It is possible our couriers may need to charge an oversize rate, and we will discuss with you if you wish to proceed or cancel your order.



ALL orders are charged in £ Sterling (at the daily exchange rate).

ALL RETURNS MUST FIRST BE AGREED BY COLIN JOHN MAGIC AND RECEIVED BACK WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE
